Shipping Policy

Black Stone Sharps ships across the United States. We process most orders within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers & transit times

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of your order. Standard domestic transit is typically three to seven business days after dispatch. Heavier items such as complete sharpening systems and stone sets may ship in their own box and can take slightly longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, when offered, are shown in your cart before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the parcel and for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email us at support@blackstonesharps.store within seven days of delivery and we will make it right. If tracking shows no movement for more than seven business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Processing & handling

Every order is picked, inspected and packed by hand. Stones and glass items are wrapped to survive transit; complete systems ship double-boxed. During sales or new-product launches, processing can take an extra business day — if there is ever a delay on your order we will email you.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@blackstonesharps.store as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it ships, but once a parcel is with the carrier we are not able to modify it.

Taxes & duties

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Prices shown do not include tax unless stated.
