1. About us
blackstonesharps.store is an online store operated by Black Stone Trading Partners LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. Throughout these terms “we”, “us” and “Black Stone Sharps” refer to Black Stone Trading Partners LLC.
2. Products & descriptions
We sell sharpening tools and related accessories for blacksmiths, bladesmiths, woodworkers and kitchen use. We work to describe and picture our products accurately, but colors, grain and natural stone appearance may vary slightly from images. Specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated as products are improved.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Title to goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
5. Shipping
Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Safe use of sharpening tools
Sharpening tools produce and maintain very sharp edges and involve abrasive stones and, in some cases, powered equipment. You are responsible for using our products safely, following any included instructions, and using appropriate protective equipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Stone Sharps is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse of a product.
8. Intellectual property
All content on blackstonesharps.store, including the Black Stone Sharps name, logo, product photography and text, is our property or used under license and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in that state.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on blackstonesharps.store at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@blackstonesharps.store if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You agree not to use blackstonesharps.store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with the security or operation of the site, not to attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access, and not to resell our products in a way that misrepresents their origin or our brand.
15. Product availability & substitution
All products are offered subject to availability. Natural materials such as stone and leather vary, and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the photograph while meeting the same specification. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a refund.
16. Promotions & coupons
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. One promotional code applies per order unless we say otherwise.
17. Warranties & disclaimers
Except as expressly stated and as required by law, products are provided “as is” without further warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Black Stone Trading Partners LLC against claims arising from your misuse of our products or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
20. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns policy, form the entire agreement between you and Black Stone Trading Partners LLC regarding your use of blackstonesharps.store.
